An Employee Wellbeing Programme (EWP) is a scheme that gives employees access to confidential support, professional advice and short-term counselling. EWPs play an important role in helping to boost and maintain workplace morale, motivation and engagement.

One-on-one CEO/Headteacher Coaching

During one-on-one coaching, you focus exclusively on one employee in each session, which provides them with a higher level of personalization and support. The benefit of this approach is that these sessions could cover the same material and follow the same format as group coaching, but 1-on-1 coaching allows for greater flexibility. It provides the opportunity to dive deeper into specific challenges or goals that the individual employee might be facing and gives you the chance to tailor your approach to their personal needs. This level of individual attention can lead to greater employee satisfaction, a deeper understanding of their role in the company, and ultimately, better performance.
